Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

Video PrePost is operated by Re-Peet Productions. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the website, create a workspace, upload videos, or open a review link. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@videoprepost.com.

Information we handle

When you sign in, we receive an account identifier, name, and email address from the sign-in provider. We store the videos and files you upload, file names and sizes, project names and context, review comments and drawings, posting plans, transcripts, descriptions, and settings you create. A person using a shared link may provide a name and comment without creating an account. We use a browser cookie to recognize that commenter so they can manage their own comments.

We and our hosting providers may process technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, request logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

When you contact us through the website, we store your name, email address, message, and any optional business or storage details so we can respond.

When you apply for beta access, we collect your answers through Google Forms and a linked Google Sheet to review your application and contact you about our decision. Applying does not create an account or grant access.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep workspaces separate, store and play videos, provide review and scheduling features, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve the service. When a workspace owner requests a transcript or description, video audio, selected frames, transcript text, and project context needed for that request may be sent to OpenAI to produce the result. We do not use your videos to create public posts automatically.

Authorized Video PrePost administrators can see account and usage details. For support or abuse investigations, they can open a read-only view of a workspace’s folders, videos, transcripts, and comments. These support-view sessions are recorded and expire after 20 minutes.

Sharing and service providers

Review, folder, and calendar links are designed to be shared. Anyone who has an active link may see the content allowed by that link, including comments and information displayed with the shared project. Owners can set a password or expiration, adjust available actions, or replace a link to revoke it. Please share links only with people who should have access.

We use service providers to run Video PrePost, including OpenAI for requested AI features and Cloudflare for hosting, database, and video storage. If Google or email/password sign-in is enabled, Supabase handles those accounts, and Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset messages. Backblaze may store selected videos where we enable that storage option. These providers process information to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.

We use Resend to deliver beta invitations and website contact notifications.

Email updates

We send account and security messages needed to operate the service. Product tips, updates, and offers are optional. If you choose to receive them, we record your choice and send your email and consent status to ClickFunnels for the Video PrePost email list. You can turn product email off in Account settings or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message without closing your account.

Cookies, retention, and your choices

We use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, shared-link access, comment ownership, and preferences such as appearance and dismissing the cookie notice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add optional tracking, we will explain the specific uses and ask for a separate choice before it runs. We keep workspace content while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Owners can delete videos and projects in the app, or permanently delete their Video PrePost account through Account settings. Lower storage limits follow our 30-day warning and oldest-first cleanup policy. Account deletion cancels active subscriptions and removes workspace content and managed sign-in details. We retain a hashed deletion safeguard to prevent stale sessions restoring a deleted workspace. Pending deletion and transactional email information is retained only as needed to finish the requested action and delivery. Required payment records may remain with Stripe. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of other information, email us at the address above. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or records required by law.

Security and international use

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share or process.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the new effective date here and give additional notice when a change materially affects how we handle information.
