Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms apply to Video PrePost, operated by Re-Peet Productions. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. Questions can be sent to support@videoprepost.com.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the people you invite or share links with, and the content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process that content. You keep ownership of your videos and other content. You give us a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you use, including review, storage, and AI features you request.
Shared reviews
A review, folder, or calendar link may give access to anyone who receives it. You control whether to add a password, expiration, or other available restrictions. Turning off the download button does not prevent a recipient from saving a playable video with browser tools or recording their screen. You are responsible for choosing suitable sharing settings and for any comments or files you contribute.
Beta service and AI
Video PrePost is in beta. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Transcripts and AI-generated descriptions can contain errors; review them before publishing or relying on them. A posting date on the calendar is a plan, not automatic publication to a social platform.
Plans, storage, and changes
Available storage, projects, AI credits, features, and other limits are described in the plan information shown when you sign up or purchase. We may add, change, or retire features and plans as the service develops. We may also change prices or usage limits, including storage limits, but will give reasonable advance notice of a material reduction or price increase. A change to a paid plan will ordinarily take effect at the next renewal, not partway through a paid billing period. You may cancel before that change takes effect.
Downgrades and storage cleanup
When a cancellation or downgrade takes effect, the new plan's limits apply. If stored content exceeds the new storage limit, new uploads and replacements are blocked. You can still review, download, and permanently delete existing content. We send a storage warning with a deadline and provide at least 30 days to download or delete unwanted content, plus a reminder before cleanup. If you remain over the limit after that deadline, we permanently delete your oldest uploaded videos, including all versions and associated comments, generated content, and review history, until storage fits the new limit. Oldest is determined by original upload date, with a stable tie-breaker. We delete complete videos, so usage may fall below the exact limit. This cannot be undone.
You control what remains by downloading and deleting unwanted content yourself before the deadline. Reducing usage to the limit or upgrading to enough storage stops cleanup. Retained versions and unfinished uploads count toward storage. We do not automatically delete projects solely because of the project-count limit. See the storage and downgrade policy.
Billing and cancellation
Checkout shows the price, billing interval, and renewal terms before payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Billing & usage to change plans or cancel. Cancellation ordinarily stops renewal at the end of the billing period and returns the workspace to Free. Plan changes follow the effective date shown in Stripe. Free accounts require no paid checkout. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or immediately delete your content. Confirmation emails explain the resulting change.
Permanent account deletion
Account settings includes a separate Delete account action requiring you to type DELETE in all caps and confirm. This cancels active subscriptions immediately, revokes shared access, and permanently removes your Video PrePost workspace content and sign-in account. Videos, all versions, folders, projects, comments, transcripts, descriptions, headlines, plans, schedules, and preferences are removed. There is no automatic refund, except where required by law. Your Google or ChatGPT account is not deleted. Required billing records, minimal security safeguards, transactional email records, and limited backups may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. Download content before deleting. Deletion may finish in background steps, and cannot be undone.
Acceptable use
Do not use Video PrePost to violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful material, distribute malware, seek unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or evade plan limits or security controls. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and your content accessible, but beta access is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI results. Keep copies of important source videos. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as Video PrePost evolves. We will post the new effective date and give advance notice for material changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account information.
